This was my old house. I lived there from when I was born until my parents sold it in 1985. My parents purchased it when it was new back in the early 1960’s (I think for $17k!). It’s really sad to see the property so old and worn, especially the backyard, but hopefully the new owners will bring some new life back to it. I have so many memories there from my childhood, especially hanging out with all the neighbourhood kids. It was a terrific place to grow up.

$7 mil and no pool or sea view? Nah I'm good thanks. Ps. Where's Oakville

I love this channel but a million dollars for a house where your neighbors can see into every room doesn't sound cool or well planned. Just my 2c.

The exterior of the property is beautiful, It needs a complete refurb inside though, The decor, doors, floors and furniture is ghastly.
